I buy rotisserie chicken, perdue short cut and frozen beef fajita strips when on sale and use them to make some easy meals such as quesedillas, chicken pot pie, chicken salad, etc. Do you use these meats in any recipes and do you have ideas to share that would help me come up with more meals to make.
